Privacy Policy

We collect only the minimum information required to run the Service. Specifically:

Information you submit through forms. When you contact us, book a fit call, request the assessment, or use the Cartographer conversational tool, we collect what you provide — typically your name, work email, company name, optional phone number, industry or vertical, and any free-text responses, assessment answers, or conversation context you share. This is what lets us reply to you, understand fit, and prepare for a conversation.

Technical information. Basic technical data automatically collected when you use the Service, such as IP address, device type, browser type, referring page, and timestamps. This is used solely to operate, secure, and troubleshoot the Service.

Product analytics. We use PostHog and Vercel Analytics to understand how visitors navigate the site — pages viewed, navigation paths, and aggregate engagement. This helps us improve the Service. We do not use these tools to build advertising profiles or to track you across other websites.

Communications. If you contact us directly (for example, by email or through a form), we retain that correspondence so we can respond and follow up.

We do not collect:

• Information from third-party data brokers
• Your browsing activity outside the Service
• Precise location data
• Contacts, photos, or other device data
• Any sensitive categories of information (health, biometric, etc.) unless you choose to share such content with us directly

We use the information we collect only for the following purposes:

• To respond to inquiries, book calls, and follow up on conversations you start
• To deliver the Cartographer, assessment, and other interactive tools
• To operate, maintain, secure, and improve the Service
• To send relevant follow-up about engagements you've asked us about
• To detect, prevent, and address security issues, fraud, or abuse
• To comply with legal obligations

We do not use your information for advertising, build advertising profiles about you, run cross-site behavioral targeting, or train third-party AI models on your content.

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information.

We share information only in these limited circumstances:

Service providers. We use a small set of vendors to operate the Service. These providers are bound by their terms and contracts to use your information only to perform services for us. Current providers include:

• Vercel — hosting, deployment, and infrastructure analytics
• Resend — transactional email delivery (notifications and confirmations)
• PostHog — product analytics
• Anthropic — language model that powers the Cartographer conversational tool

Legal requirements. We may disclose information if required by valid legal process (subpoena, court order, etc.). When permitted, we will notify you before complying.

Business transfers. If Intrinsic Labs is involved in a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, your information may be transferred. We will notify you and any successor will be bound by the commitments in this policy.

We retain your information only as long as needed for the purpose we collected it. Lead and contact form submissions are retained for up to 24 months after our last meaningful interaction with you, after which we delete or anonymize them — except where we are required to retain certain records for legal or accounting purposes.

You can ask us to delete your information sooner at any time (see “Your rights” below). Backups held by our infrastructure providers follow their standard retention windows and are then permanently overwritten.

Regardless of where you live, you can:

• Access the personal information we hold about you
• Correct information that is inaccurate
• Receive a copy of your data in a portable format
• Delete your information from our systems
• Object to or restrict certain uses of your information

Users in the EU/UK (GDPR), California (CCPA/CPRA), and other jurisdictions with applicable privacy laws have additional rights under those laws, and we will honor those rights. We do not discriminate against users who exercise their privacy rights.

We use industry-standard measures to protect your information, including encryption in transit (TLS) and at rest, access controls, and routine security review. No system is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect your data and will notify affected users promptly in the event of a breach involving personal information.

We use essential cookies required to operate the Service and a small number of first-party product analytics cookies (PostHog, Vercel Analytics) that help us understand how the site is used. These analytics do not follow you across other websites.

We do not use third-party advertising cookies, advertising pixels, or cross-site tracking.

The Service is a business-to-business marketing site and is not directed to children under 16. We do not knowingly collect information from children. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.

The Service is operated from the United States. If you access it from elsewhere, your information will be transferred to and processed in the United States. Where required by law for transfers from the EU, UK, or other regions, we rely on Standard Contractual Clauses or equivalent lawful transfer mechanisms.

If we make material changes to this policy, we will post the updated version with a new “Last updated” date and, where we have a way to reach you, notify you directly. We will not retroactively reduce your privacy protections without your explicit consent.
